Roadrunners Coffee gets green light

At its Aug. 11 meeting, the City Council approved a rezoning request for the 0.56-acre property at 3810 Belt Line Road, paving the way for RoadRunners Coffee to convert the former Salad & Go location into a drive-through coffee shop.

RoadRunners is a Houston-born drive-through beverage concept that opened its first location in Cypress in 2025. The menu features coffee, matcha, natural energy drinks and gelato milkshakes, but speed is a big part of the concept. RoadRunners promises orders of up to three drinks in 60 seconds or they're free.
