Addison has landed another major business.
SAP, a global leader in enterprise software and artificial intelligence, has selected Addison for its North Texas regional offices.
The company will consolidate its Plano and Allen operations at Spectrum Center near Belt Line Road and the Dallas North Tollway, bringing approximately 1,000 employees to Addison.
SAP plans to invest up to $14 million in the new space, including a customer experience center showcasing its latest technologies. The company considered locations elsewhere in North Texas and in other states before choosing Addison. On October 13, the City Council approved an incentive agreement that helped secure the project.
The new offices are expected to open in summer 2027, further strengthening Addison's growing technology and business community.
