Movement happens at Spot @ Myra

The tower crane that has loomed over Dallas Medical Center the last few years was dismantled and lowered from the skyline Tuesday, Nov. 4. 

Spot @ Myra, as the properties at 1 N. Medical Pkwy., 2 N. Medical Pkwy. and 3 N. Medical Pkwy. in Farmers Branch are known, is owned by Myra Park 635 LLC, which has been in Chapter 11 bankruptcy since Feb. 6, 2024. The developer, MarketSpace Capital, filed for Chapter 7 involuntary bankruptcy on June 6, 2024, which was terminated Sept. 25, 2025, in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas.

The property is not owned by Prime A Investments, which owns the property of Dallas Medical Center.

No plans for the property have been announced. The original concept for the property included office, hospital, medical and dental laboratories, a nursing home, a wellness and rehabilitation center, a day care center, a multi-family dwelling restricted for independent seniors, single-family detached dwelling units and parking.
