Farmers Branch residents are invited to attend a free medical, legal and financial clinic aimed at supporting the city’s Hispanic community on Saturday, May 9, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 2783 Valwood Parkway.
The event will provide a range of essential services delivered by local organizations and professionals. Attendees can receive blood pressure and glucose testing through Woven Health Care, immigration support from Proyecto Inmigrante ICS Inc., and bilingual banking assistance from PNC. Counseling services will be available through Metrocare Services.
Families are encouraged to attend, with several services focused on children. Texas A&M will provide dental care, PediPlace will offer pediatric health services, and Prevent Blindness Texas will conduct vision screenings. Hearing tests will also be available through the Collier Center.
Organizers describe the clinic as a collaborative effort to improve access to health, legal and financial resources for underserved populations in the Farmers Branch area. No appointments are required.
