Candidates attend forum

Farmers Branch City Council District 5 candidates David Merritt and Roger Neal attended the Metrocrest Republican Club’s Candidate Forum for city council candidates for both Farmers Branch and Carrollton Wednesday, March 20. In welcoming participants and audience members, Club President Margaret Somereve said that while the Republican club hosted the event, neither the city council races nor the forum were partisan. Candidates received all questions in advance and were given four minutes to answer each question after they introduced themselves.
