Addison Oktoberfest is also garnering its own statewide recognition. The Bullock Texas State History Museum in Austin recently featured the festival in its new exhibit, Texas Festivals: Creating Community Through Celebration, which highlights iconic events that bring Texans together.

For nearly 40 years, Addison has celebrated German Fare with a Texas Flair, creating a tradition that welcomes visitors from across the region for authentic food, live entertainment, family activities, and unforgettable festival experiences.

The exhibit is open now through September 27 and includes a behind-the-scenes look at the energy and planning that go into Addison Oktoberfest alongside other celebrated Texas festivals.

Tickets for the 2025 Addison Oktoberfest, happening September 17 through 20, go on sale June 1 at www.addisonoktoberfest.com.
